Rock ‘N’ Horse is Toronto’s home for all things Country Located in the heart of downtown, the Rock ’N’ Horse Saloon presents the complete country experience. You can expect Southern hospitality, line dancing lessons, mechanical bull riding and boot stompin’ parties

We are looking for exceptional support staff who love country music and lifestyle

**The Role**
- Provide an energetic, outgoing, fun personality while maintaining professionalism
- Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service
- Communicate effectively, clearly, patiently and humorously with co-workers and guests
- Inform guests of any drink specials or special events
- Become and remain familiar with the mechanical controls of the bull in order to provide a pleasant experience for the guests
- Provide the establishment’s waiver to the guest and make sure the guest knows the rules for riding the mechanical bull and signs this waiver
- Reports all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor
- Create Positive Shareable Experiences
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Knowledge of Country music considered an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests, other employees, supervisors, and security
- Ability to provide attention to detail, specifically pertaining to safety when working with the guests and co-workers in the Bull Pen; and when verifying identification
- Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when verifying identification, completing paperwork, etc.
- A passion and commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and effectively during peak times
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
