We are seeking a talented and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of our organization.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet project requirements and company objectives.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure the best value and quality.
- Collaborate with the detailing/engineering, production, and project management teams to understand material specifications and project timelines.
- Maintain an updated database of suppliers and materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor market trends, conduct cost analyses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment terms.
- Resolve any issues related to procurement, such as delivery delays, quality discrepancies, or supplier disputes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in procurement practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or metal buildings industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPM, CPSM) is a plus.

**Hours**

This is a full-time, permanent role based out of our office in Stoney Creek, Ontario but with variable work locations.

**Days**: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (5 days a week)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
