**Résumé des fonctions**

L’architecte expert ou l’architecte experte Solutions dirige la livraison des solutions critiques de plateforme de données. La personne titulaire du poste dirige l’architecture des plateformes de données infonuagiques de pointe et en favorise la création. Cette personne définit les architectures fonctionnelles qui veillent à la performance, à l’extensibilité, aux coûts et à la maintenabilité de systèmes répartis complexes qui soutiennent les besoins de l’entreprise et qui sont en harmonie avec l’orientation et les normes du CN. De plus, la personne qui occupe le poste contribue à la définition des orientations technologiques stratégiques et des objectifs d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec l’équipe de direction des Services de données.

**Principales responsabilités**

Architecture et livraison de plateformes de données
- Diriger la livraison des initiatives des Services de données du CN (CNDS), y compris la plateforme de données et les produits de données opérationnelles
- Créer des architectures de systèmes et des stratégies de modernisation liées aux plateformes de données
- Achever l’intégration des systèmes, des modèles de données, de l’architecture des lacs de données, du lac de données à fonctionnalités d’entrepôt et de l’entrepôt de données, tout en atteignant les objectifs et en assurant la transition en matière d’architecture et de feuilles de route
- Concevoir et optimiser les stratégies en matière de plateforme et d’intégration pour une livraison efficiente de systèmes répartis, évolutifs et fiables
- Déterminer le coût total de possession (CTP) et le rendement du capital investi (RCI) pour les plateformes et les produits de données
- Collaborer avec l’Architecture d’entreprise afin d’harmoniser et d’introduire les nouvelles solutions et technologies
- Collaborer avec les architectes Solutions pour s’assurer que la plateforme de données est intégrée efficacement dans une solution

Évolution de la pratique d’architecture de plateformes de données
- Évaluer les technologies actuelles et émergentes
- Agir à titre de leader au sein de l’équipe CNDS et favoriser une culture axée sur la réflexion conceptuelle, le remue-méninges, l’efficacité et l’équilibre entre la vision et l’aspect pratique
- Définir les normes, les modèles et les pratiques exemplaires en matière d’architecture et d’ingénierie
- Exercer son influence sur la direction de CNDS en communiquant de façon efficace les propositions, les orientations et les décisions stratégiques prises

Conditions de travail

Ce poste prévoit des conditions de travail standard dans un bureau et un horaire de travail normal du lundi au vendredi. En raison de la nature du poste, la personne qui l’occupe doit être en mesure de respecter des échéanciers serrés, de bien tolérer la pression et de gérer le stress. Le poste exige peu de déplacements (jusqu’à 10 %) au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Expérience

Architecture des données
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’architecte en architecture technologique portant sur les mégadonnées, l’ingénierie des données, l’analyse de données, l’intégration de systèmes et l’informatique répartie
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant qu’architecte principal dans les technologies infonuagiques et de mégadonnées, y compris l’analyse de données

Formation, certification et désignation
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine associé à la technologie ou expérience équivalente
