Retail Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Provide leadership and guidance to store employees, fostering a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional events

**Experience**:

- Preferred Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail management or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Proficient in cashiering procedures and cash handling
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Budgeting experience to manage store expenses within allocated resources
- Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customer base

Speaking french is a plus We are looking for a personable great addition :)

**Salary**: $48,289.75-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON (required)
