Independent Travel Consultant Lead Support

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Main Point of contact for telephone calls on the IC support line
- Main Point of contact answering support tickets for the ICs
- Training and coaching a network of independent travel advisors
- Provide detailed guidance on accounting trip files and the CRM
- Maintain a friendly, positive and encouraging demeanor when interacting with all Onvigo team members and ICs
- Create training documents related to Onvigo systems to support ICs
- Assist in loading training content into LMS (Learning Platform)
- Assist Training Manager with 2-week training program (virtually -exception with 1-2 days per month in the training facility)
- Attend supplier events (when required)
- Attend annual conference
- Attend in person meetings at the office (when required)
- Assist in development of new support programs
- Contribute new ideas, best practices and ways of working to support the growth of our ICs and streamline operations
- Additional requirements as assigned by Projects & IC Manager

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum of 5 years experience in selling leisure travel in Ontario**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working with new technologies
- **TICO accredited**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent self starter with the ability to collaborate well with others
- High attention to detail, with the ability to correct errors and flag inconsistencies with ease
- Thrives in a KPI driven environment
- Ability to build trust and work through conflict both upwards and downward

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
