We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a key role supporting agent retention, event coordination, and communication management. **Agent Retention**
- Keep agent contact information and addresses up to date in Lonewolf.
- Compile Lonewolf reports into custom agent reports for annual reviews for agents.
- Review contracts.
- Review compensation plans.
- Evaluate plan options.
- Conduct RLPA engagement analysis.
- Schedule annual reviews in Broker calendars and report results to the level 10 process.
- Write compensation plan amendments and send them to all parties for signatures and implementation.
- Update and add notes in Engage (company software).
- Oversee the loyalty program for the Broker group, assist with the creation and implementation of the program, manage delivery and purchase of gifts, and schedule lunches and dinners for brokers with agents.
- Act as liaison between agents and Broker/Manager.
- Help maintain the Broker inbox.
**Events**
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute events and campaigns.
- Gather quotations and place orders for events and campaigns to stay within budget.
- Research suppliers and vendors to provide product and price comparisons.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up, including Save the Dates, RSVPs, meeting slides, etc.
- Review invoices for accuracy and post them to department budget spreadsheets.
- Provide weekly reports on progress.
- Find volunteers to assist with setup and teardown of events.
**Communication**
- Participate in and record notes for Broker group meetings.
- Oversee the Broker communication calendar monthly, including Sales/Town Hall meetings; reach out to department managers for content (create a content calendar for departments to rotate through).
- Update the weekly Broker newsletter (RLPA Insider): Collect content, format, proofread, and send it out.
- Review Top 20 lists, send files to Agent Support, and distribute to brokers.
**Office**
- Maintain and schedule the maintenance calendar for HRM offices.
- Maintain agent experience standards for HRM offices.
- Organize small office events and/or special treat days in offices.
- Manage front desk staff.
**Compensation**:
- Starting salary: $45,000 annually, with bonus potential quarterly. Salary is payable twice monthly through electronic transfer.
- Variable compensation program based on office performance.
- Vacation entitlement: 3 weeks per annum. Five paid sick days are permitted annually. Should the contract end, these days will be pro-rated.
- The company will cover the cost of reasonable expenses related to the position, including any related to maintaining a real estate license.
- Any equipment provided to assist in the job role will remain the property of the company and must be returned if the contract terminates.
- The company will provide a Telus cell phone plan, including access to Telus Health, at the company’s expense.
- The company will match RRSP contributions through the designated company program at Manulife, up to 3% of base salary, after one year of employment.
- Benefits available through Manulife (individual or family); 60% of the premium is paid by the company.
