Mississauga, Canada Dreamforce Services Inc. Full time

This position is responsible for delivering excellence to the customer service department including (but not limited to) customer service, order processing, warehousing and distribution.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Will take ownership of the customer experience with order entry, distribution (warehousing and shipping matters) and provide administrative support as required.

2. Develop an understanding of customers’ needs and take actions to ensure such needs are met

3. Ensure that customer service processes are followed; from order entry to delivery of goods

4. Determine best solutions for issues initiated by customers

5. Process customer orders in a timely manner including reviewing and checking orders according to established department policies and procedures

6. Manage open customer orders to ensure all orders are generated for picking and packing and able to be invoiced prior to each fiscal month end

7. Handle and resolve queries raised by customers, department managers and/or the finance department

8. Provide absence coverage to other members of the team

**Qualifications and Skills**

A Bachelor’s degree in **business administration or equivalent; and 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience**
- Highly experienced with customer service tasks, logistics, order-fulfillment and warehousing matters
- Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English. French would have an advantage
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers and customers
- Skill and ability to operate a computer and work extensively with **EXCEL, WORD and OUTLOOK**
- Skill and ability to organize and prioritize work, and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- 3PL: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
