We currently have a **Regular Full-time** opportunity for a** Human Resources Generalist **in the **Human Resources - Labour & Employee Relations Department**.

**Hours of Work**:Monday to Friday, with flexibility to meet client needs as required

**Summary of Duties**:
**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Business Administration (HR major) required or Bachelor’s degree with post-graduate certificate/diploma in Human Resources Management
- Experience in two or more of the following areas (Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Labour Relations) required
- 2 years’ current Human Resources experience in a health care and unionized setting preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of the general fact finding, discipline and grievance process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with union and leaders in a collaborative environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills plus ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse employee groups
- Competent computer skills (HRIS, Outlook, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
