**Company Description**

Westminster Toyota is one of the fastest growing Toyota dealerships in BC and is looking for a **Lot Manager** to join our team. We are passionate about our Toyota’s and with our dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring customers receive industry leading customer service. As a Lot Manager you will play a key role on our team and be responsible for leading a team of lot staff to ensure inventory is organized and duties are performed in timely fashion.

As a **Lot and Facility Manager** you will:
Coordinate and schedule lot staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
- Have sold vehicles cleaned for delivery on time and to a high standard
- Ensure that display vehicles in showroom and outside as well as used cars are cleaned frequently and organized
- Keep the lot organized and vehicles parked in such a way as to minimize chances for damage to occur
- Be responsible for ensuring price stickers on all new and used vehicles are put in the vehicle on the day they arrive
- Keep the lot clean of any garbage and debris
- Ensure vehicles are locked and secure at the end of the day
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
- Assist with coordinating building maintenance related items

**Qualifications**
Minimum requirements:

- Strong organizational skills, to organize our lot staff with daily tasks and scheduling, vehicle location and lot organization
- Ability to work outdoors and be on feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills are required for coordination between, sales department, detail department and service department
- Great customer service skills resulting in our customers leaving the dealership with a positive experience, being able to easily find parking on our lot and viewing premium new and used vehicles that are cleaned to a high standard
- Team oriented person, with previous management experience an asset. The lot manager will be involved in the hiring process for lot staff, and will be actively involved in training and mentorship for our lot staff
- Desire to learn and continuously improve. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their career and career advancement.
- Vehicle detailing experience an asset
