**Processor - Administrative**

The role includes management of communications and administrative-related tasks, document production, and contract processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and verifying all documentation received for every client file.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Verifying that all documentation matches and is accurate, attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to review documents spot any inconsistencies and communicate the findings accordingly
- Preparing files for the underwriting team with accuracy and ensuring the file is complete, with all required paperwork
- Ability to send contracts and manual input of data into our internal system
- Processing and funding client files
- Collaborating closely with the collection specialist on various tasks, including the preparation of Notice of Default letters for delinquent accounts.
- Communicating with clients to manage payment changes, facilitate the resumption of payments, and address any administrative requests as needed.
- Updating and inputting relevant information for our default files on our shared document
- Managing and pulling payments from various processors for specific client files
- Ordering office supplies and managing any incoming mail and distributing as appropriate
- Responding to merchant requests related to sending out account statements, buyout letters, and various administrative asks.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Successful completion of post-secondary education in Administration or a combination of education and acceptable experience
- Experience in the provision of processing and administrative services
- Experience dealing with a high volume of files and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience in file preparation and must be detailed oriented
