Based in St-Bruno, Quebec, you will organize the activities to continuously improve the performance of the RSC TDS St-Bruno organization. You will provide the governance framework for the analysis of performance, the definition and execution of action plans and the validation of the improvement impact. You also will support the Industrial operations and Performance RSC Director and the delivery of effective and efficient business projects to help the organization change and grow.

**In your role, you will be asked to perform the following tasks**:

- Align priorities and strategic plan for standardization and improvements to maximize the performance of the function;
- Defines, implements and maintains the framework for management of process performance
- Follow-up on the functional plans and their alignment with the defined strategy
- Review business cases and their impact on TDS St-Bruno business performance
- Support for Operation governance and others activities of the team
- Provide KPI and status on operation performance and develop improvement targets
- Analyzes Operations performance for improvement opportunities identification and coordinates initiatives across sites

**Qualifications**
- Hold a bachelor degree in a related field of activities;
- Have a strong business acumen
- Have the ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Own ability to reconcile multiple stakeholders;
- Are fluent in English & French, spoken & written
