**Sommaire de l’emploi**:
Relevant du / de la Gérant (e) du magasin, votre objectif principal en tant qu’Assistant (e)-gérante est d’aider la Gérante dans tous les aspects des opérations du magasin, en assurant un leadership qui optimise les résultats de ventes. Vous favorisez une expérience de magasinage positive pour chaque cliente, tout en dirigeant et en inspirant une équipe hautement performante à générer une efficacité opérationnelle et du trafic sur le plancher de vente et via les plateformes numériques. Vous jouez un rôle crucial dans les opérations quotidiennes du magasin. Vous contribuez à l’optimisation de la gestion de l’inventaire, à l’augmentation des ventes, ainsi qu’à la satisfaction de la clientèle, tout en maintenant les normes de présentation de la marque et du visuel/marchandisage, ainsi que les directives dans le magasin.

Vous contribuez également à la gestion des stocks par le traitement des envois, le réapprovisionnement du plancher de vente et le traitement des commandes du commerce électronique. Vous faites partie intégrante du succès de votre magasin

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires; études postsecondaires en commerce ou dans une discipline connexe, un atout
- 2 ans d'expérience en gestion, préférablement dans le domaine du vêtement mode, ou expérience de gestion équivalente
- Avoir une passion pour la mode et une orientation vers le client
- Démontrer des aptitudes de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions
- Faire preuve de flexibilité, d’innovation et d’un sens de l’urgence pour identifier et savoir réagir dans un environnement de travail en constante évolution en fournissant des idées et des solutions qui auront un impact
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, de gestion du temps, des priorités et de plusieurs projets à la fois
- Établir des partenariats et prioriser la collaboration
- Habiletés avec les médias sociaux, les appareils mobiles, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) ou Open-Office
- Disponible pour travailler dans le cadre d’un horaire flexible (soirs, week-ends, jours fériés) selon les besoins d’affaires

**Job summary**:
Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store operations, by providing leadership that optimizes sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms.
