**Position Purpose**:
The Sub-metering coordinator will report to the Manager, Projects and be responsible for coordinating and executing the installation and servicing of sub-metering multi-tenant properties throughout Canada. Working closely with the project coordinators, project managers, Manager of projects and operations, finance team, Division 15/16 contractors, and service teams to provide a full breadth of metering operations support.

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Coordination and execution of projects as required to support the PowerStream Energy Services Submetering business, including meter servicing and repair, commissioning & SEO4 verification
- Manage the meter re-verification process and ensure we are in compliance with Measurement Canada requirements
- Assist the Project Managers in the design and support of the projects as required
- Work closely with other functional areas of Engineering, Sales, and Finance to effectively coordinate resources and services to promote smooth and efficient project implementations, execution, and operations
- Attend site meetings and facilitate metering training sessions with contractors
- Ensure all project change orders, billing, and cost accounting is performed accurately and to the satisfaction of the management team
- Support sales meetings and annual shows/events
- Carry out other duties or responsibilities as they are assigned

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

**Education & Specialized Knowledge**
- Postsecondary education in Project Management or Business/Office Administration, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Metering rules and regulations set out by Measurement Canada, OEB and IESO
- Knowledge of electrical & mechanical metering concepts and how they integrate with billing
- Trilliant or Triacta metering system design and communication requirements
- Mechanical meter system design and communication requirements
- Consumption analysis and reconciliation
- Measurement Canada re-verification process and requirements
- Familiar with utility billing procedure to design project in accordance with customer expectations Working knowledge of AutoCAD and designing sub-metering communications systems

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Coordination, relating to metering or sub-metering with a strong understanding of the sub-metering lifecycle.
- System design process and reviewing electrical and mechanical drawings
- Experience with meter servicing, commissioning, SEO4 verification, and customer dispute resolution
- Scheduling Measurement Canada dispute investigations with appropriate parties
- Invoice review and PO requisitions

**Skills/Abilities/Competencies**
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide practical and/or innovative solutions to complex technical issues
- Strong written and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an organized and concise way
- Ability to plan, prioritize and execute multiple projects and initiatives within established timelines
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing contractors is an asset
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player, who maintains professionalism, demonstrates excellent judgment, corporate values and commitment to the overall success of the organization
- Must hold and maintain a valid class “G” driver’s license
