Nous cherchons un Aide-souscripteur, Assurance des entreprises, pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Gérer les avenants et les annulations de polices d'assurance.
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements simples des courtiers avec courtoisie.
- Aider les souscripteurs à administrer des polices complexes.
- Appliquer des stratégies de souscription conformément aux directives de la compagnie et aux limites des pouvoirs de souscription personnels.
- Soutenir les courtiers concernant les politiques de souscription et de notation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration pour développer et maintenir des partenariats commerciaux positifs avec les courtiers et les collègues.
- Utiliser le système informatique pour les demandes de renseignements sur les polices, le dépôt électronique, la souscription et les opérations de tarification.
- Faire des recommandations pour améliorer le département et augmenter son efficacité.

- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Solides compétences en dactylographie pour traiter le travail quotidien
- Hautement organisé pour gérer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Bonne connaissance des produits Microsoft Office et des outils informatiques
- Joueur d'équipe
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
