Located near the Atwater Market, TONIC DNA is a full-service animation production company with high quality creative contents. With more than 40 years of experience in the animation field, the studio offers a full range of services related to the production of commercials, animated series, short and feature films, as well as branded content solutions, digital or interactive, for clients all around the world.

**We're currently looking for a network/system Administrator.**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**IT security management**:

- Develop and execute an optimal backup plan for the organization and administer backups;
- Manage Active Directory and user accounts (both IT and employee administrative);
- Document and implement good management and governance practices.

**Infrastructure management**:

- Design, optimize and monitor physical and virtual infrastructure;

**Projects management**:

- Analyze departmental and organizational needs and submit proposals to the manager;
- Lead change management for major projects.

**Network management**:

- Monitor network traffic for capacity and security and take action when required.

**Office automation**:

- Take in charge user support by ensuring proper follow-up of open tickets;
- Train new employees on computer equipment, software and good security practices;
- Monitor technological developments for the company's internal needs.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, other related discipline or relevant experience;
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position is required;
- Have obtained certifications or experience deemed relevant;
- Excellent knowledge of IT security: firewall rules, best practices, etc;
- Very good knowledge of IT environments such as: Windows products; Microsoft 365; Network protocols: DHCP, DNS, LACP, VLAN...; VMWare; Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS; Active Directory; Server 2016/2019;
- Experience with animated content development environments such as Adobe, Nuke, Maya or Deadline products will be considered an asset;
- Experience with Linux environments will be considered an asset;
- Bilingualism, both written and spoken (some of our collaborators live in other provinces);
- Ability to popularize information technology concepts throughout the organization;
- Flexibility in scheduling, according to operational needs.
