The Project Manager/Scrum Master will act as a conduit to front-facing business stakeholders and other departments to understand their data needs across all capabilities and initiatives. This role is essential for planning and prioritizing Data Hydration for hundreds of data streams. The Manager will provide thought leadership and be responsible for delivering highly efficient Data and Services solutions through multiple projects, including managing financials, budgets, funding, and end-to-end execution of large-scale programs. A key addition to this role is the responsibility to serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating the agile development process and enhancing team delivery.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Serve as Scrum Master**: Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement. Manage Scrum process and coach the team on scrum principles. Remove impediments to the team’s progress to achieve project objectives. This is deemed an essential function of this job.
- **Data Strategy and Project Management**: Develop and manage the execution of the roadmap for Data Hydration and Data Delivery for the Client Data Lake. Build and manage partnerships with Cross Asset teams to execute the Data and Analytics Platform strategy.
- **Financial and Risk Management**: Manage financials related to technology expenditures including software, hardware, and resource allocation. Identify project risks by proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and providing alternatives to drive risk mitigation.
- **Operational Execution and Leadership**: Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Lead execution in partnership across multiple asset classes such as Fixed Income, Equities, Central Funding, and other CM businesses to align and deliver successful outcomes.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and execute the delivery of Data Intake Ingestion Pipeline for Client Data Lake and Analytics.
- Create process and governance for data and analytics functions with clearly defined ownership and responsibilities across teams.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Translate the project vision into program high-level scope, design, and executables.
- Provide thought leadership and be responsible for delivering highly efficient Data and Services solutions through multiple projects.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
