**Job description**
- Accueillir tous les clients de manière amicale et accueillante.
- Répondre aux demandes d'achat des clients.
- Enregistrer les commandes des clients dans le système POS.
- Identifier les problèmes/réclamations des clients et prendre les mesures nécessaires
pour les corriger.
- Gardez la boutique approvisionnée avec tous les articles nécessaires.
- Nettoyer et organiser le magasin de crème glacée si nécessaire.
- Entretenir et nettoyer les armoires de trempage et maintenir les niveaux de gel bas et
éliminer la contamination croisée
- Aider le personnel de maintenance affecté au nettoyage extérieur si nécessaire
- Informer la direction de tous les problèmes des clients et du système de point de vente.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon la demande.

**Exigences**:
De préférence 1 an d'expérience en service alimentaire (restaurant ou restauration rapide)
18 ans +
Anglais et français parlés
Habiter de préférence près de la région / Montréal

- Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Fulfill customer requests for purchases.
- Record customer orders into the POS System.
- Identify customer issues/complaints and take necessary steps to correct them.
- Keep the shop stocked with all necessary items.
- Clean and organize the ice cream shop when necessary.
- Maintain and clean the dipping cabinets and keep frost levels down and eliminate cross-contamination
- Assist assigned maintenance staff with outdoor cleaning if necessary
- Notify management of all customer and POS System issues.
- Perform other related duties as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 year of food service experience (restaurant or fast-food)
- 18 years +
- Spoken English and French
- Preferably living near the Area / Montreal
