En quoi consiste ce rôle:

- Participe à établir les priorités quotidiennes du secteur en apportant une vision qualité aux problématiques opérationnelles
- S'assure que les différents programmes d'assurance qualité (HACCP, SQF, etc.) sont respectés et améliorés, en conduisant des inspections en zone de production
- Contrôle et fait appliquer les bonnes pratiques de fabrication dans tout l'établissement
- Planifie et assure la réalisation des entretiens sanitaires préventifs
- Gère les non-conformités de son secteur, et assure le suivi des actions correctives et préventives
- Effectue diverses vérifications
- Suivi des PCC (vérification documentaire)
- Validation des enregistrements de production
- Investigation en cas de plaintes
- Contribue à la validation qualité de nos procédés (suivi pendant les validations, et communication des résultats aux personnes responsables)
- Organise la prise d'échantillons lors de reprises ou de tests
- Assiste et participe aux audits qualité
- Participe à des groupes de travail sur l'amélioration des processus et sur les projets de l'usine, au besoin
- Agit à titre de responsable du comité PMU (Plan de Mesures d’Urgence)
- Accomplis toute autre tâche connexe

Ce qu’il te faut pour joindre notre équipe
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en sciences et technologie des aliments, ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Une à trois années d'expérience en contrôle de la qualité dans l'industrie de la transformation des aliments ou boissons
- Connaissance pratique des programmes BPF, HACCP, GFSI et SQF, et des lois et règlements applicables aux produits laitiers
- Solides habiletés en relations interpersonnelles et en communication, ainsi qu'une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe
- Sens de l’organisation et de la planification et du
- Leadership, capacité d'analyse, et intérêt pour l’amélioration continue
- Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel, etc.)
