We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to play an important role in our logistics and supply chain operations. As a Shipping Administrator at Quantum Technology, you will be responsible for supporting the timely and efficient shipment of our cryogenic and industrial piping systems to clients worldwide. Your contribution is key in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence. Experience for this role is preferred but not necessary; we are willing to train the right individual so they can take ownership of the responsibilities of this role.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate various aspects of the shipping process, including order fulfillment to delivery.
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and export documentation.
- Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to prioritize and schedule shipments.
- Select and coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to secure cost-effective transportation options.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Handle returns of damaged or incorrect shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipping activities.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the receipt of incoming materials.

**Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year logistics, retail, or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet-based software such as Excel and Google sheets
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting, is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and international trade requirements is a HUGE plus.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
