North West Crane Enterprises Ltd. is a full service distributor of truck mounted and self-propelled mobile cranes, with branches in Leduc and Grande Prairie, Alberta. Incorporated in 1993, we service customers in the utilities, forestry, oil & gas and transportation industries. We currently have a job opening for a Sales/Territory Manager covering Central & Northeastern Alberta working from our Leduc facility.

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

Represent the company in capital sale transactions within a designated Alberta sales territory. We currently have an opening for a Sales/Territory Manager working out of our Leduc branch, covering central/northeastern Alberta.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES**
- Generate sales through personal/telephone/electronic contact with new and repeat customers, follow up sales leads.
- Qualify new business opportunities and build an active high potential prospect list.
- Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; managing the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after sales service.
- Keep accurate reports with respect to sales and prospects as instructed from time to time.
- Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, home and trade shows and open house events, as required.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas and the objectives of employment.Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge of the heavy equipment industry and markets.Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB**
- Education:_

Post Secondary education preferred but not required
- Experience:_

Minimum 5 years in capital sales, preferably construction or material handling equipment industry preferred

- Strong written communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Class 1 is preferred) and have access to a vehicle

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

Must be able to perform occasional physical duties related to construction equipment loading/unloading and general jobsite/shop requirements.
