You’ll be responsible for:

- Assisting the program reporting lead in compiling, proofreading and editing of program reporting deliverables, dashboard content, and analysis.
- Delivering full life cycle development of analytics tools, including identifying user requirements, processing and preparing the data by connecting to various data sources, building reports or dashboards to address the user requirements, testing and deployment, maintenance, and user support.
- Working within the program controls reporting team to produce deliverables to time and quality.
- Working with program teams and stakeholders to establish requirements and design of program reports.
- Notifying staff and stakeholders of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitating and supporting the monthly internal management and client review meetings.
- Assisting in the continual development of program controls reporting methods and formats.
- Assisting in the development of forms, tools and processes for collecting project and program status information.
- Properly document functionality and technical specifications of the analytics products under their scope.

You’ll need to have:

- Experience in program controls and/or program management.
- Professional qualifications or working towards one (e.g. APM, PMI).
- Hands on experience in production of high-quality reporting documents using Microsoft Power BI, with a good understanding of DAX and Power Query.
- Experience coordinating with teams and stakeholders to produce program level reporting.
- Experience coordinating the input and production of key monthly program reports.
- Experience quality assuring all key reports to ensure a consistent and high standard of project and program reporting.
- Experience working with database specialists to ensure quality and efficiency of program reporting.
- Experienced in project/program control tools, processes, and techniques.
- Technical writing and graphic design experience a plus.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to effectively co-ordinate activities within and across large organizations.
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems without delay.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

You’ll also have:

- A degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science or a related discipline preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, SQL, Primavera P6 scheduling, earned value software all a plus.
