Southwest Regional Credit Union is a full service Credit Union, meaning we offer a wide variety of products and services to fulfill our membership needs, including borrowing, day to day banking and wealth management services. All our member deposits, with the exception of Mutual Funds, Membership Shares and US Accounts are insured through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Southwest remains a strong organization and well positioned to meet both current and future financial needs of our members.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet members referred from the front line to initiate the process of building a relationship with the member
- Sell Credit Union lending and investment products to meet the needs of the members
- Regularly monitor and follow-up with members to meet their needs
- Ensure that branch operates within established and accepted risk management guidelines, Anti-Money Laundering, Privacy and any other applicable legislation in consultation with Southwest Regional Credit Union policies and procedures
- Provide efficient and courteous delivery of Credit Union products and services
- Responsible for administration and record keeping
- Assist in the development of sales and service goals and objectives for Southwest Regional Credit Union branches in consultation with the Branch Manager
- Provide input, support and assist in the development and implementation of branch campaigns including, but not limited to, sales targets and branch budgets
- Establish and maintain a current level of knowledge of competitor products and services; provide recommendations to the Branch Manager to ensure branches are and remain competitive in all areas; support implementation of new products and services for Southwest Regional Credit Union
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Branch Manager
- Follow safe work practices as prescribe by the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 52 weeks

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
