**What you will do**
- Supervise, schedule and train Security and Loss Prevention Artisans;
- Support the team of security agents in the management of situations;
- Support the Security Manager with scheduling and payroll administration;
- Draft incident reports while verifying that all incident reports completed by the team are done so in accordance with company standards;
- Ensure the updating of the access control to the site;
- Support incident management by performing post occurrence evaluations and ensuring corrections are implemented;
- Support the Manager in the deployment of new procedures and policies related to safety and risk management;
- Respond quickly to guest concerns in a consistent, calm and fair manner;
- Develop strong relationships throughout the organization, creating a sense of trust and support;
- Perform all other related duties.
- Patrol all areas of the property, including a large outdoor space as well as nearby lodges.
- Identify, monitor and proactively act to mitigate risks related to safety, security and the overall wellness experience of our guests and colleagues.
- Manage guest disruptions and de-escalate conflict while being prepared to escort people off the property if necessary

**Profile required**
- Excellent writing and speaking skills (French and English);
- Minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for post-secondary education in a related discipline;
- Possess a valid security guard license (BSP) and a first aid card;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, managers ;
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours;
- Ability to work in a noisy, hot and/or cold outdoor environment ;
- Leadership Skills;
- Positive attitude, persevering attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a security industry (Asset )

**Salary**

According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Work schedule**

40 hours per week; schedule may vary day, evening and weekend.
