**Position Overview**

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, parts, and products; processing purchasing transactions; coordinating production work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; servicing vehicles; and other related activities

Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy

Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare, and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments

Requisition supplies and materials

Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery

Arrange for maintenance and repair work

Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards

Needs to be able to operate machine's like forklift, zoom boom and overhead crane

Other duties as required.

**Requirements**:
Completion of secondary school

3 years of warehouse experience required

Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented

College diploma is an asset

**Physical Demands**:
Occasional Sitting, reaching, working overhead, climbing, or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Frequent Walking

Frequent standing and repetitive hand motion

Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may weigh up to 70 lbs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

Some technical competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and write English
