We are looking for Automotive Service Writer who can perform Front Desk Managing.

We Pay **Extra Hours** on **Training Period.**

( First 2weeks, 5hours / week. Help you to get adapted with our shop culture )

We Work 830 to 530 **Monday to Friday**.

As our shop is Rapidly growing, our staff are required to be able to handle more volume and more jobs. Also, more job position required.

- **Purpose & Objective**:_
The Service Writer role is a very important to the success of our business. The Primary job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customers needs, goals, and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspects of the business.
- **Job Responsibilities and Duties**:_

PRIMARY:

- **Sales** : sell repairs and services to customers based on their needs goals and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.

SECONDARY:

- Administrative : Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts as needed under direction of management
- **Other tasks** : Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop. Examples could be : Checking out customers, cleaning, picking up a parts, or any other task that can be safely completed which is needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Sales experience** : Must have at least 1year experience in any sales role or demonstrate an ability to sell.
- Organization & Focus Skills : Must be able to complete work tasks in a timey fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.
- Communication skills : Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and in written from. this includes the used of a telephone.
- Math Skills : Must possess ability to count. Must know how to perform basic math functions using a calculator.
- Physical Demands:
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles assistance.

Must be able to drive a motor vehicle with passengers.

Additional responsibilities and duties may be necessary based on the needs of the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON L4K 3E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Sales: 2 years (required)
