- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution degree program (Business, Commerce, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Arts, etc.)
- For CPA Audit or Tax positions you are committed to achieving your Canadian CPA designation and working to obtain the CPA required pre-requisite courses at your post-secondary institution
- Eager to work in a team or independently
- Open to opportunities to learn and develop new skills
