**Are you a First Nations, Metis, or Inuit professional who wants to be a part of building relationships and connections with Indigenous communities across Turtle Island (Canada)?**

We're looking for you to join our team as a **Consultant - Global Infrastructure Advisory** in **Regina, SK.**

As the Consultant, you'll be delivering high-quality services to both public and private sector clients. You will work on a variety of projects for federal, provincial, and municipal governments, as well as private sector clients across diverse markets such as utilities, transportation, agri-food, manufacturing, real estate, education, healthcare, and other service sectors.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with Indigenous communities and organizations
- Leading and participating in multi-disciplinary project teams
- Communicating with clients and advisors
- Preparing and distributing reports and proposals, including RFP submissions
- Conducting research, data gathering, and economic, financial, and statistical analysis
- Assisting in the development and review of financial models
- Performing due diligence on financial and operational data
- Providing strategic advice based on detailed analysis
- Assisting in the preparation of strategic plans, business plans, and business cases
- Contributing to a dedicated team of professionals in delivering exceptional advisory services.

- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Planning, or a related field
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous histories as they relate to current issues in reconciliation
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to travel within Canada and abroad, as necessary
- Eager to work within a team or independently
