**Area of Responsibility**:

- Ability to understand and work efficiently with the upcoming and ongoing projects
- Understanding the Agreement of Purchase and Sale / Tarion
- Writing up offer Agreements
- Collection of deposit cheques from purchasers/agents
- Documentation receipts
- Create and update records and databases of client/agent information
- Data entry on spreadsheets/excel/Microsoft as per the expectations of
- the builder
- Distribution of files to lawyers
- Preparation of Amendments from lawyer/purchaser requests
- Assist with the organization of meetings/events, project launches, etc.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Respond to office/projects queries and request
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding scanning, etc.,
- Assist the sales team/colleagues where necessary in performing the duties above

and assist in sales if necessary.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Photocopy and print out documents and file]

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
