**What is the opportunity?**

RBC Dominion Securities is currently seeking an Investment Associate to join a large advisory team specialized in providing wealth management services to a sophisticated clientele. You will provide dedicated support to the advisory team on investment and money management activities.

**What will you do?**
- Provide dedicated support to the advisory team on investment and money management activities
- Execute on trades as directed by the advisory team
- Follow up on orders to ensure proper settlement and delivery
- Review portfolios regularly
- Rebalance portfolios with guidance from the advisory team
- Manage risk dashboard, bulk trading, Investment Policy Statements (IPS), etc.
- Review reports daily and process any necessary corrections and actions
- Produce portfolio reports

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Passion for investments, analysis, and portfolio management
- Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)

**Nice-to-have**
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Post-secondary degree in finance or a related area of study
- Some professional work experience within the investment industry
- Level I of the CFA Program administered by the CFA Institute
