You are a certified Purchasing Manager, a champion change-agent, and an inclusive people lead who is capable of identifying process improvements, enabling compliance, and establishing effective processes and policies. As a fair negotiator, you can build solid professional client relationships and effectively engage with clients.

**Your Accountabilities**:
- Coach, monitor, and coordinate workflow for purchasing, quality, and expediting teams.
- Seek to identify process and policy improvements and manage projects to implement effectiveness.
- Ensure quality standards and policies are aligned with legislative practices and reflect the company’s values.
- Work to advance customer relationships and ensure the service level and quality expectation targets are met to enable the achievement of goals and targets.
- Keep current with pricing strategies, market changes, and products and/or materials that may offer high returns to the organization without sacrificing quality.
- Work cohesively with internal and external partners to investigate and resolve issues.
**What You Offer**:
- University Degree in technical or engineering program.
- Experienced in a busy, innovative, manufacturing environment, automotive, aerospace, or marine, pharmaceuticals would be ideal.
- Exhibited experience in project management and continuous improvements.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate, develop and create high-performance teams.
- Purchasing certification (SCMP, CIPP) or working towards certification.
- Familiar with ISO practices.
- Technically strong, ERP system knowledge is mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
