**Who You Are.**

You are a forward thinking and strategic research professional who is seeking a role where you can display your creative and analytical skills to provide leading-edge, thought-provoking research to the real estate industry. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can create and build relationships with others.

You will provide a range of research and analytical services to support the sales and marketing efforts of our organization. The senior analyst is responsible for producing high-quality market reports, models and other ad hoc requests for clients.

You will be responsible in conducting research within the residential real estate industry through various databases and prepare analytical information for the use in market reports, presentations and proposals. You will also develop computerized models and analytical reports to inform strategic decision making. This role requires an understanding of a multitude of modeling and analytical techniques.

**What You Bring.**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Statistics, Economics)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a research role with prior experience in residential real estate market analysis
- Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make executive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work and present data to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience preparing and writing analytical reports
- Ability to exceptionally present data, information and trends
- Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to calculate and analyze key real estate metrics (PPSF, absorption rates, vacancy, etc.)
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work as a team player
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines

**What Success Looks Like.**
- You will collect, organize and monitor market activity through various databases and other sources accordingly
- You will lead and manage the preparation of reports and prepare ad hoc deliverables including presentations for potential clients
- You will develop methodology and reporting tools for tracking real estate analytics, trends, and projections
- You will formulate and edit reports and oversee the layouts of final products
- You will use a variety of analytical tools and techniques to carry out market research in a presentable fashion
- You will reformulate technical information in concise, understandable terms for reports and presentations
