Lead Cloud Infrastructure Team

Element Fleet Management seeks a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Manager to oversee the technical execution of our global infrastructure organization. This position provides advanced skills and expert knowledge for all aspects of the IT infrastructure.

About the Role

This Cloud Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing the workload of Element IT employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with Element policies and processes. The ideal candidate will implement and maintain strong development processes, leading-edge problem prevention and troubleshooting capabilities, and develop metrics to monitor team success.

  • Manage the technical execution of the teams identified, ensuring compliance with Element policies and processes.
  • Implement and maintain strong development processes and leading-edge problem prevention and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Develop and implement metrics to monitor the team's success for on-time, on-budget, and SLA performance.
  • Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement resulting in improved efficiency, increased productivity, cost savings, and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements

The successful Cloud Infrastructure Manager will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in Information Systems Management (additional years of experience and/or relevant certifications will be considered in lieu of degree).
  • 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
  • Experience supporting Infrastructure Systems in a business environment and working knowledge of Service Management (ITIL) principles, project management technologies, and reporting.
  • Strong experience supporting Cloud based systems, hosted in AWS or Azure.
  • Strong experience supporting server operating systems, Red Hat/Windows.
  • Experience with various databases (SQL, Sybase, Cloudian).
  • Virtualization Technologies (INC. VMWare and VDI).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $92,100-$126,610 annually. We offer comprehensive health and welfare benefits, additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs.
