**We’re Hiring**

We are expanding our field construction team and are looking for skilled, motivated individuals for the position of Roughneck.

**What We’re Looking For**:
If you have experience with HDD drilling or rig management (40K - 220K rigs, preferably Vermeer) and hold a valid Class 1 driver's license, you might be the perfect fit for us

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience on a horizontal directional drilling rig for pipeline construction
- A strong commitment to safety for yourself and your teammates
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive duties in diverse outdoor conditions
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 CDL is strongly preferred)
- Safety Certifications: SFA, H2S Alive, GD II, PCST, CSTS 2020
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (rotating between day and night) and flexible shift patterns (from 6 days on, 1 day off up to 24 days on, 4 days off)
- Ability to travel to various job sites across western Canada (AB, BC, SK, etc.)
- Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol test, with periodic testing throughout employment

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage: $28 - $32 for entry level with higher wages possible for those with extensive experience, with daily and weekly overtime pay
