**Role Overview**: Join our dedicated team as a Horizontal Directional Drilling Crew Member, where you will play a vital role in supporting our operations on the drilling rig. Your responsibilities will include handling both light and heavy construction equipment, maintaining the readiness and cleanliness of our drilling equipment and worksite, and assisting in the maintenance and operation of auxiliary equipment. Working outdoors in diverse rural settings, you will benefit from a structured mentorship and training program to enhance your skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide manual labor and ground support for loading/unloading equipment and materials, including rigging and hoisting.
- Assist in moving equipment and materials around the worksite.
- Position and set up drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring equipment and materials are orderly.
- Conduct routine maintenance on drilling and auxiliary equipment.
- Assist in the adjustment and repair of drilling equipment.
- Prepare drill pipe, tubulars, and downhole tools for use.
- Monitor and maintain fuel levels in equipment and water levels in tanks.
- Use hand tools and small power tools as needed.
- Operate a light motor vehicle (crew truck) when required.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience on an HDD construction crew is an asset, but we are open to equivalent experience.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- A commitment to safety for yourself and your team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Physically fit and capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in various outdoor conditions.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset.
- Relevant Safety Tickets: Standard/Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, Global Ground Disturbance, PCST.
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Canada (AB, BC, SK, etc.).
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol testing.
