**Job description**

Project Manager/ Business Analyst will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives, elicit and create software requirements, participate in preparation of documents for clinical studies and governmental clearance of medical devices.

**Responsibilities include**:
As part of Project Manager duties:

- Creating a priority list of all tasks in the workflow.
- Managing delivery of the project according to the project plan.
- Ensuring the team follows all required procedures.
- Analyzing the workload and each employee's response to it regularly
- Optimizing the workflow structure.
- Making sure team members meet deadlines within the allocated budget
- Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Ensuring all QMS procedures related to the development team are followed and timely updated.

As part of Business Analyst duties:

- Collect and analyze requirements and turn them into high-quality requirement specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the product owners and development team to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process.
- Create and maintain project artifacts: requirements documentation according to agreed format (e.g., user stories, use cases, Gherkin scripts), diagrams, prototypes.
- Maintain and improve requirement management and software development processes through the whole project life cycle.
- Manage the team of business analysts to ensure their highest performance and quality of work.

**Requirements**:
**Education / Experience or Equivalent**:

- Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree or equivalent experience is desired.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the MedTech/Healthcare domain (knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 13485, etc.).
- At least 1 year of work experience of implementing IEC 62304 and deep knowledge of IEC 62304. Certification and/or training for this standard is desired.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the Acoustics domain managing and documenting work for scientists.
- At least 5 years of work experience with Agile/Scrum. Knowledge and experience with other Project Management techniques such as Kanban, Risk management, etc. is a plus.
- At least 5 years of work experience in creating and managing Software Requirements Specifications and Solution Design Documents. Strong knowledge of Gherkin scripts is required.
- At least 5 years of work experience managing several teams with different skillsets at a time, including software development and R&D; experience managing several projects at a time.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques (requirements elicitation, writing specifications using use cases, user stories, Gherkin scripts)
- Strong prototyping skills
- Oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, superior organizational abilities, and excellent computer skills.
- Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to meet timelines despite obstacles.
