What You’ll Do:
As the Manager, Corporate Accounting you will oversee all internal accounting and reporting requirements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in process improvement projects and proactive problem-solving while working closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting as well as the broader Northland organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coordination during the monthly and quarterly close processes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting and variance analysis.
- Assist Senior Manager in preparing the annual consolidated budget.
- Liaise with the business development team to align the project costs and report results and analysis to executive management.
- Oversee the segmented and global intercompany reconciliations.
- Actively contribute and participate in the cloud-based Accounting system enhancements and upgrades to enhance team productivity.

- Diligent: You have solid attention to detail, and you follow up with others where needed to ensure outstanding information or actions are complete. You are hands-on and will roll up your sleeves to complete deliverables within the required deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of progressively senior experience or a similar managerial role. CPA designation is required.
- Previous internal or financial audit experience and public entity reporting experience.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience leading and coaching teams and working directly with senior management.
