As a **Marijuana Budtender**, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge and understanding of cannabis.
- Cansell is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Self-motivation
- Strong work ethic

**Essential Responsibilities**:Full compliance with all federal and provincial regulations concerning medical cannabis.**
- Maintains patient and dispensary medical records as required by Federal and provincial regulations.
- Ability to keep a clean record free of client complaints and concerns.
- Ability to maintain the safety and confidentiality of the client while dispensing.
- Ability to work an extended schedule including weekends and holidays as needed for business needs.
- Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities.
