- Set up and maintain displays of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies in the garden center
- Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing information
- Arrange products in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing plants and gardening supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on gardening techniques
- Water and care for plants to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to restock as needed
- Keep the garden center clean and organized at all times

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite is desired for creating signage and promotional materials
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
