The BPO, within the Performance and Business Intelligence portfolio, is accountable for integrated planning priorities that involve our Senior Team, Patient Care Services and enabling teams. This includes large-scale clinical initiatives, new clinical capacity, and initiatives that require the collaboration and planning across a multitude of enabling teams.

The role of
**Manager, Integrated Clinical Planning**, reporting to the Director, Business Performance Office (BPO) and working in partnership with leaders and teams from Patient Care Services and THP HealthWorks, is responsible for creating and managing plans related to clinical transformation priorities and associated redevelopment initiatives. The goal of changes to clinical programming is to advance THP strategic priorities, align to future planning requirements, and to assess, articulate, and mitigate associated risks. In addition, the Manager, Integrated Clinical Planning will be responsible for the oversight of direct reports to provide direction, mentorship and performance assessments. Specifically:

- Lead the development of structure, process and change management plans required to ensure strategic alignment of care provision and risk mitigation. This includes the ability to translate strategy to clinical transformation and operations. Specifically:

- Develop and oversee a gated approach to project and change management planning and implementation
- Lead a team that functions as project team lead resource to support executive and senior team level decision-making
- In partnership with Patient Care Services program leadership, lead the implementation planning of clinical change initiatives. This includes:

- Provide project oversight to Patient Care Services leaders
- Ensure integration across multiple work streams and programs inside and external to THP
- Managing stakeholder engagement
- Facilitating executive team alignment with operational planning and implementation to advance strategic and related operational plans

You have a proven track record in leadership, collaboration, people engagement, program development, complex project management, and leadership in a fast-paced and ambitious environment. Your excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence have enabled you to provide strong leadership with high change initiatives. You have experience with working directly with senior leaders and their teams to actively participate in decision making on clinical and corporate operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a health or business related field (or evidence of working towards) required.
- 3-5 years of formal people/project leadership experience, and at least 5 years of relevant healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of healthcare, hospitals, healthcare systems strongly preferred.
- Experience in leading large scale change initiatives strongly preferred.
- Strong business management skills (strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation and analytics).
- Strong skills and training in project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Demonstrated collaboration and influencing skills in a complex, high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to build effective working relations with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation creation/delivery skills.
