**Analyst, CMHC Investor Relations**:
**Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON**

**Salary Range**:$55,000 - $65,000/yr**:
CMLS Financial, one of Canada’s largest Commercial lenders, is looking for an Analyst, CMHC Investor Relations to join our growing team.

The Analyst will report directly to the Director of CMHC Institutional Accounts, and will liaise with external investors, CMLS loan origination and internal credit.

**About the Role**:

- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and understand CMHC’s programs and policies (MUR)
- Handle the day-to-day reporting with the investors
- Contribute to the targets and goals set for the program
- Work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
- Stay current with market information and commercial mortgage market trends
- Prepare reports, assist with compliance-related tasks, and complete department projects as assigned
- Participate in various committees as required
- Foster synergies between the commercial business lines

**This role is for you if you have**:

- You have 3-5 years of experience working in the Commercial Real Estate Risk/Lending industry
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to work well independently as well as within a team environment
- You have experience creating and delivering business presentations
- You are very results-driven and possess strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- You take ownership of your work and demonstrate a high degree of accountability and commitment at all times
- You have completed an undergraduate degree in one of the following concentrations: real estate, finance, economics, urban land development, accounting or business administration.
- You are an intermediate to advanced level user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
