**About the Role**:
The Junior Project Manager is responsible for following the process from project initiation to delivery. Junior Project Managers must be proactive in running initiatives while still being a team player and supporting the Senior project managers on client expectations. Junior Project Managers are individuals capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing. They will thrive in this role through continuous growth and development.

**What You'll Do**:

- Support the Senior Project managers in managing projects and knowing where projects are at all times.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality communication products, on time and on budget, while managing and ensuring quality of our services to Clients (attention to detail, updated status and budget reports, organized communication, responsiveness)
- Manage priorities and maintain client relationship regarding ongoing projects.
- Excellent organizational skills. This individual needs to ask the right questions to understand the project scope, absorb the details from the brief, and prepare a plan of action for all parties involved.
- A solutions-oriented mindset: work with various groups to understand the scope of what's requested and negotiate fair timelines or find creative solutions to the problem at hand.
- Organize regular project status meetings and other communications forums as needed
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely project reports, presentations, and other artifacts as required
- Coordinating efforts of the projects between creative, studio, clients, programmers etc. and managing/adjusting priorities in partnership with the Senior project managers
- Assist in managing project scope, build timelines, update status reports, track financial performance and follow-up with various teams for ongoing deliverables.
- Think outside the box and collaborate with key team members to find solutions.
- Ensuring financial follow-up and billing requests internally (including budgets recaps and flag overages to Account Directors in a timely fashion).
- Perform other duties as assigned
