We are looking for a junior buyer to join our dynamic team We need someone who is organized to follow-up on buys, do some quality control, and keep information up-to-date

This is a full-time position (Mon-Fri) based out of our Montreal office. Working closely with ownership and management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 4-5 years purchasing or Department Manager experience, in the food, industry.
- Familiarity with ‘replenishment’ purchasing duties, and an understanding of inventory control and purchasing principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- An aptitude for numbers & details, with analytical and problem-solving capabilities required.
- Proven ability with computers (ERP system, Outlook, intermediate to advanced Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and with time constraints/deadlines.
- Experience coordinating freight is preferred.

**Salary**: $34,455.81-$65,939.53 per year

- Monday to Friday
