**Position Summary**

Ensure that quality standards for admissions are maintained across all campuses; enhance and develop admission processes for effective turnaround.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage Admissions team by coaching and support, allocating responsibilities, workload planning, and managing performance, ensuring that appropriate standards of behavior, performance, and customer care are consistently demonstrated.
- Prepare statistical admissions data for the Senior Management Team and relevant internal staff. Reconcile data with partner institutes, registrations, recruitment, and finance department to assure data alignment and accuracy.
- Develop and administer the College's policies and procedures regarding the admission
- of new students. Serves as liaison to other departments.
- Serve as the Banner data custodian for admissions which includes building and maintaining data trackers and information systems that operate under admission.
- Collect and analyze various complex data and information regarding admission, registration, processes, requirements, and direct services. Summarizes findings in applicable reports or other communication mediums.
- Manage admissions process with a partner institution. Serves as the liaison to Cambrian College admissions team to research, resolve and respond to student issues. Coordinate and develop new processes.
- Develop strategic plans, goals, and recommendations for admissions and registration.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and other departments to research and resolve complex student issues relating to admission, enrollment, registration, late drops, refunds, administrative drops, and withdrawals. Presents admission and registration information to a variety of audiences.
- Monitor compliance and requirements to assure standards have been adhered to regarding admission, registration, student payment, and related student records. Oversees the retention, security, and confidentiality of student records.
- Publish the schedule of admission and registration dates and timelines. Establishes and maintains an admission and registration annual calendar of events and tracks benchmark activities.
- Participate in a variety of meetings, committees, task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information and facilitate continuous improvement of programs and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Will Bring**:
**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field

**Experience**
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in transcript assessment (Domestic and international preferred).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with student information systems and database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
