Project Management Associate

**Essential Duties**
1. Project Management & Planning
- Execute on project scope and manage objectives, schedule, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Track project progress using project plans, activity logs, and status reports.
- Identify project risks and issues and escalate to project sponsor and project manager as needed.
- Identify activities as either in or out of scope.
- Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder and senior leadership needs on the accurate status of a project.
- Identify project stakeholders and manage stakeholder requirements; communicate with and involve stakeholders at the appropriate level throughout the project, including following up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate meetings while documenting key meeting topics for distribution to attendees afterwards
2. Project Documentation
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule including administrative tasks and all key stakeholders in the project. Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Create and maintain project documentation to evaluate, plan, monitor, & follow up on active projects.
- Prepare impactful presentations supported by data analysis, fact-checking and effective visualization techniques.
- Collect, document, and archive lessons learned for future project use.
- Be responsible for the accuracy and completion of all project documentation.

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**

- Bachelor’s degree (required)
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**
Certified Associate in Project Management (preferred)
**TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS**
- (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) _
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)
- Experience using Smartsheet.
- Experience using PowerBI
- Highly collaborative and able to consult effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail.- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities.
**EXPERIENCE**
- (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) _
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional services firm.
- Previous experience working in a matrix team environment.
Provide activity oversight for completion of established objectives and activities.
Compensation Range: $61,500 - $86,000
