We are currently looking for a resourceful, confident, and committed Construction Site Superintendent for a large institutional project in the Lower Mainland. Experience leading teams and diverse group of trades is critical to this position.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Read and review project drawings and specifications.
- Supervise all trades on the jobsite including their scope of work, quality of work, manpower and schedule.
- Arrange for site survey locations and final building survey certificate.
- Coordinate all site inspections and testing and enforce daily site cleanup.
- Organize, chair and minute weekly site trade and toolbox meetings.
- Complete quantity take-offs for materials required (concrete, lumber, gravel, etc.), obtain competitive pricing and issue purchase orders as required.
- Receive, verify quantities, and document any damage for all Yellowridge deliveries to the jobsite.
- Understand trade contracts and review/file shop drawings (SD’s), requests for information (RFI’s), site instructions (SI’s), change directives (CD’s), change orders (CO’s) and commitment change orders (CCO’s).
- Complete onboarding and offboarding site staff paperwork.
- Carry out site safety initiatives as required by WorkSafe BC OHS Regulations and Company Safety Policy.
- Complete weekly site safety inspection reports & Daily Diaries.
- Document and report all injuries and safety infractions.
- Maintain positive relationships with the client, owners’ representatives, consultant, trades, and employees.
