Under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supplier Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for responding to and following up on supplier inquiries, ensuring a high level of quality service. He/she works in collaboration with other team members, and possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

**What You Will Do**
- Receive, process and rigorously follow up on requests for information from our suppliers;
- Establish long-lasting and trusting relationships with suppliers through open and active communication;
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools;
- Analyze and resolve various issues;
- Reconcile supplier statements;
- Perform other related tasks.

**This role could be for you if you have**
- Relevant experience in customer service, combined with secretarial, office automation or accounting training, or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
- Bilingualism, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of the Office Suite, mainly Excel and Outlook.

**Additional asset**:

- Experience in accounts payable processing;
