**We are seeking a reliable and skilled Door Technician to provide residential and commercial services for our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of garage/overhead doors and related components. If you have experience with garage door systems, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial garage doors, openers, and accessories
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with garage doors and openers
- Provide accurate service estimates and advice to customers
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining repairs, replacements, and maintenance procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company-issued vehicle and tools
- Build positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technology, and new products

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a garage door technician or in a related field (preferred, but not required)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions
- Availability for emergency call-outs and weekend work as needed

Competitive wage based on experience, starting at $25.00/hr.
