About the team you are joining
A small dynamic accounting team including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Contract creation, Payroll and General Accounting
What your day would be like
- Recording of bank transfers, credit card receipts and cheques received into the accounting system
- Advising and coordinating, daily, unidentified payments received
- Assisting, tracking, and responding to the daily customer service queries
- Ensure all customers actions are covered and documented, validated with accuracy and timely manner
- Track and analyse queries & complaints received by the customers (internal and external)
- Escalate, to the next level, any unresolved customers queries or business issuers within agreed time frame
We would love to hear from you if
- A degree in accounting or similar field
- Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent PC skills, particularly with MS office; SAP an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
