Fed Finance Canada is a leading recruitment firm specializing in finance and accounting. We are currently seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Administrator to join our team.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled professional to handle the complete accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, credit notes, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing the accounts payable cycle, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing of monthly charges and preparation of ad hoc invoices and credit notes.
- Process all funds received, including deposits and bank transfers.
- Handle the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice entry, payment processing, and contacting suppliers.
- Reconcile and process credit cards and expense reports.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data required for carbon accounting and other ESG measures.
- Prepare month-end reports and year-end files.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A DEC or BAC in accounting or a related field.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel.
- Experience in real estate (residential experience an asset).
- Familiarity with Yardi (an asset).
- Attention to detail, adaptability, autonomy, and organizational skills.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development. Based on industry standards and the location, the estimated salary for this role is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
