**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget through in-depth knowledge of our inventory and financing options.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process.
- Work closely with our financing team to understand and present car loan options, including assistance with credit rebuilding and early lease termination services.
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair prices.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle models, including features, benefits, and safety characteristics.
- Support online customers by setting appointments.
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous automotive sales experience is required. Previous subprime sales experience is a bonus.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Completion of the OMVIC certification course is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive Sales: 2 years (required)
- Automotive Finance (In Ontario): 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Driver License (required)
- OMVIC (required)
